Lap Quilt Swap Progress Sept 15

This past weekend I finished two more blocks for the Craftster Lap Quilt Swap I have been involved with. The block above is for MissDisney which will turn into a Christmas quilt.

This block is for ajanderson78. I love the purples.

Here is a montage of all the blocks (minus one) I have made for the swap so far. They are all from the same pattern. Isn't it neat how different they all look just based on fabric choices and placement?

How neat to see them all together - and yes, it's amazing that color and placement play such an important role! These are fantastic!

Pepper sauce -hmmm - if you have a recipe send it to me - tkjtbair at verizon dot net - I'm fast running out of patience with these things (although I know they will taste great this winter!

The blocks are looking GREAT! I haven't been able to find any swaps open on Crafster so I'm very jealous! :-)

I LOVE how you've put all the squares together like that in a montage! It's so much fun to see how different they all are! Are you getting the same design back in your swap or a different pattern? Would love to see those too. (Of course these might be the squares you are using in your scrappy D9P.

Cheers!
